I’m running for High Bailiff because I believe in the power of community oversight, constitutional responsibility, and youth leadership. The role may be little-known, but it holds real potential to strengthen transparency and accountability in our justice system.
As a civilian officer, the High Bailiff serves as a check on the sheriff’s office—able to step in if the sheriff is unable to perform their duties or needs to be held accountable. In a time when trust in institutions is being tested, I want to ensure this role is not just symbolic, but active and engaged.
I’m committed to making local government more accessible, especially to young people and those who feel disconnected from the process. I’ll bring energy, integrity, and a fresh perspective to the office, while respecting its constitutional roots and non-partisan nature.
This campaign is about service—not politics. It’s about showing that even the smallest offices can make a difference when held by someone who cares deeply about their community.
