Support workers impacted by Hurricane Helene in North Carolina

We offer individual cash stipends for low-wage workers impacted by hurricane Helene. Workers can use their stipends to build collective power, and address critical needs like housing, food, healthcare, and more.

This relief Fund is a joint effort of the Coworker Solidarity Fund, Asheville Food and Beverage United and members of the Union of Southern Service Workers.

Please note that the worker committee will prioritize funds raised for workers impacted by Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina. However, the Committee may disburse funds in solidarity with other workers building collective power.

Your contribution will go directly to workers facing hardship to pay rent, health insurance, legal fees, and organizing expenses so they can continue to fight for change.
