San Francisco Rising and San Francisco Rising Action Fund are excited to invite you to celebrate our 14th anniversary event, and our first fundraiser in 5 years. In partnership with trusted allies such as yourself, we are proud to celebrate the many victories and gains for San Francisco’s working class communities of color over the years. From minimum wage, to progressive revenue, to free City College, the electoral fights we’ve participated in are what make this city a national example of how building political power for our communities impacts working people every day. 


On March 28, 2024, SF Rising and SF Rising Action Fund will be hosting our 14th anniversary event, Hustle & Heart: Celebrating 14 Years of Powerbuilding at SomArts (934 Brannan St, San Francisco, CA 94103). This special event will be celebrating the transition of our outgoing Co-Director, Emily Lee, and our incoming Executive Director, Celi Tamayo-Lee. The evening will be filled with powerful performances, music, and a delectable spread of local fare. We hope you will support by becoming an event sponsor or donating in-kind. 


We need leaders like you to support this event and help us raise $50,000 to continue fighting for the wins that define what San Francisco can and should look like, especially in an important election year that will define our future trajectory as a city and a country.
