Re-Elect Councilman Hutch
After 35 years of dedicated public service, Fire Chief David “Hutch” Hutcheson retired from the Virginia Beach Fire Department in 2022. His passion for serving and compassion for humanity is evident in all he does. After winning the special election in November, serving as Councilman for District 1, he is even more eager to run for re-election.
