Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Hickenlooper Victory Fund are not tax deductible.
The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement shall be as follows: The first $3,500/$5,000 from a person/multi-candidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Hickenlooper for Colorado and designated for the primary election. The next $3,500/$5,000 from a person/multi-candidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Hickenlooper for Colorado and designated for the general election. The next $10,000/$5,000 from a person/multi-candidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to the Colorado Democratic Party. The next $5,000 of each contribution will be allocated to Giddy Up PAC.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by reaching out to Hickenlooper@acuitypolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
