Join us at the Hoosier Women Forward Annual Luncheon!

Please join us for the Hoosier Women Forward Annual Luncheon on Friday, September 25th from 11:30am-1:00pm at the Indiana Roof Ballroom in Downtown Indianapolis. Doors open at 10:30am for this event.


This form is for ticket purchases by individual donors. If you are interested in a corporate event sponsorship, or in purchasing a large number of tickets, please contact info@hoosierwomenforward.org.

Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
Contributions to Hoosier Women Forward are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
