Congressman Adam Gray represents California’s 13th Congressional District in the heart of the Central Valley, bringing a pragmatic, pro-innovation approach rooted in rural and agricultural communities.

In Congress, he serves on the House Agriculture Committee and the Natural Resources Committee, including the Subcommittee on Commodity Markets, Digital Assets, and Rural Development, where he focuses on modernizing agriculture, strengthening supply chains, and expanding access to capital and technology in rural regions.

Gray has championed innovation in water management through investments in groundwater recharge, storage, and data-driven infrastructure upgrades; supported clean and reliable energy solutions like modernized hydroelectric power; and introduced legislation to improve wildfire response through standardized, technology-enabled systems.

A longtime advocate for education and workforce development, he has delivered funding for ag-tech facilities at Merced College, advanced job-training pipelines tied to high-skill industries, and STEM-aligned programs that prepare Central Valley students for the jobs of the future.

As whip of the Blue Dog Coalition and a founder of California’s bipartisan Problem Solvers Caucus, Adam Gray is known for results-oriented leadership that brings innovation out of theory and into practice—ensuring technology, research, and infrastructure investments work for farmers, small businesses, and working families across the Valley.
