In My House Live Stream Fundraiser
Fundraising for the Movement for Black Lives
Saturday June 6th, 3pm EST!
During the COVID-19 outbreak, vulnerable communities around the globe need support more than ever. In an effort to fundraise for said communities, DJ Bassam Haddad has launched, "In My House." This project includes the live-streamed house sessions by DJ Bassam Haddad. As the music moves its listeners to dance in their home-quarantine, we hope that it will also move listeners to donate what they can to support those suffering from the impact of this pandemic.
All proceeds from the tenth live stream will be donated to The Movement for Black Lives (M4BL). In response to the murder of George Floyd, protests have been organized around the world as demonstrations against racism. Protestors have been met by an eruption of police violence and mass arrests. At this critical moment, M4BL will be providing much needed support for protestors.

Formed in December of 2014, M4BL was created as a space for Black organizations across the country to debate and discuss the current political conditions, develop shared assessments of what political interventions were necessary in order to achieve key policy, cultural and political wins, convene organizational leadership in order to debate and co-create a shared movement wide strategy. Under the fundamental idea that we can achieve more together than we can separately.
