As we get closer to Election Day on November 3, we’re channeling donations to the candidates in the closest races, where money is needed most to help Democrats win critical swing seats in Congress and key state legislatures.


We’ve designed the Immediate Impact Fund to split your contribution between the most competitive Democrats, state parties, and committees where your donation will go furthest right now:

We update this fund’s recipients regularly to ensure every dollar goes where it is most urgently needed, based on up-to-date electoral information, including what we’re hearing directly from campaigns.

Contribution rules

  1. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  2. I am at least eighteen years old.
  3. I am not a federal contractor.
  4. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  5. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contribution(s) exceed(s) $200 in an election cycle. The maximum amount an individual may contribute is $3,500 per election. Unless informed of a different allocation, your contribution (up to $3,500) will be designated for the primary election. The next $3,500 will be designated for the general election. Contributions, or gifts, to Jonathan Nez for Congress are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
