The mission of Inclusv is to ensure staff, consultants and vendors of color are found at every professional level within advocacy, policy and campaigns and elections starting with the 2016 election and beyond.
Our hope is to place over 200 staff and vendors of color onto campaigns around the nation as well as create a pipeline for potential political leaders and decision-makers.
Too long organizations and institutions have been working on behalf of communities of color (who now comprise 45% of Democractic voters) and not working with them.
