Support the Inside Organizer School, empowering workers to self-organize!
The Inside Organizer School is a unique program founded in 2018 by a collective of experienced organizers aimed at making inside organizers as effective as possible in motivating and mobilizing their coworkers.
More than 500 participants have participated in the IOS, most of whom have gone on to start organizing campaigns in their own workplaces.
Successful union organizing campaigns have always relied on strong, diverse worker committees to lead the campaign. The IOS branches off from traditional union organizer training which addresses staff development, focusing its curriculum instead on developing inside organizers who organize from within the workplace.
*Inside Organizer School is fiscally sponsored by Jobs With Justice Education Fund (JWJEF). Contributions will be collected and disbursed by JWJEF, which is a 501c3 tax deductible organization. Your contribution will be tax deductible.
