Inequality Media Civic Action

Robert Reich here. I'm deeply concerned that our democracy may not survive Trump's 4-point authoritarian plan.

Robert Reich here. Donald Trump is rapidly implementing a 4-point plan to push America into full-on authoritarianism:

1. Deploy armed immigration agents into Democratic-run cities to wreak havoc.

2. Exaggerate the scale of the protests in these cities he calls "war-ravaged" "hellholes."

3. Deploy the National Guard to antagonize the public in hopes of stoking actual violence. (This is where we are now.)

4. Invoke the Insurrection Act to impose martial law. Ahead of the 2026 midterms, this would be the last step in Trump's power grab.

Trump's effort to dismantle American democracy is straight out of the authoritarian playbook used by Russia's Vladimir Putin and Hungary's Viktor Orbán.

Inequality Media Civic Action is holding him accountable. We're harnessing our massive social following, debunking Trump's lies, and explaining how he's screwing over everyday people to enrich himself and his family.

People who see our videos move in our direction by up to 16 points. And we're not just preaching to the choir—we have an unusually large percentage of conservative and independent followers, and we're changing the minds even of Trump voters.

The backlash to Trump and his administration is growing. His net approval ratings have fallen by 20 points. Huge crowds are showing up at town halls and protests.

We have a plan to defend democracy. Will you make a donation to help us educate the public and stop Trump's assault?

Thank you. We count on your support to power our work.
