Help us investigate Matt Gaetz

Update: The Congressional Ethics Complaint we filed against Gaetz for witness tampering, obstruction of justice and witness intimidation is getting some attention. Read more here.

We need to investigate Matt Gaetz - and the list of possible topics is long.

  • We will research all of his FEC records
  • We will research all of his personal financial disclosure forms
  • We will research his entire donor history to other candidates
  • We will research his work history
  • We will research and disseminate any articles and videos of Gaetz

Additionally, here are some general areas we plan to explore:

Witness Tampering: On the eve of Michael Cohen's public testimony before Congress, Gaetz possibly committed a federal crime when he tweeted "Hey @MichaelCohen212 - Do your wife & father-in-law know about your girlfriends? Maybe tonight would be a good time for that chat. I wonder if she’ll remain faithful when you’re in prison. She’s about to learn a lot."

NRA Connections: In February, the right-wing congressman (and all-around dirtbag) tried to throw Parkland school shooting victims’ parents out of a public congressional hearing on gun violence. In a despicable racist tirade, Gaetz said that building Trump’s wall would be more effective than background checks. Let's dig in to exactly how much Gaetz has taken from the NRA.

Drinking and Driving: In October 2008, an Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office deputy pulled over Gaetz as he came home from nightclub in Fort Walton Beach, and he was arrested and charged with a DUI. Let's dig into what are numerous additional rumored incidents where Gaetz has abused alcohol.

The Infamous 63-page Research Report: In 2017, this long research report was leaked detailing Gaetz's life as a "uniquely reckless rich spoiled brat." Let's dig in and expand on some of the gems found in here.
