For many, 2025 was an "off" year, but the Iowa Senate Democrats didn’t get a break. Instead, we were tested again and again (and again!) in special elections, and we stepped up every time. 


Iowa Senate Democrats won THREE special elections, flipped TWO seats red-to-blue, and BROKE the Republican supermajority.


Iowans are feeling the impact of reckless budgets, short-sighted state policies, and politicians who put politics over people. And after nearly a decade of one-party rule, it is clear that something has gone wrong for our state.


We can fight back - and win - in 2026, but we can't do it without you. The Senate Majority fund is powered entirely by grassroots supporters. Every victory reflects the commitment of people like you.
