I'm running for Lehigh County Commissioner because I’ve seen what happens when our most vulnerable residents need help and can’t get it. I've seen how those folks are punished for not having access to those resources. I want to change that. I want to help build a sustainable Lehigh County that uplifts our most vulnerable communities.
I've worked in education for over a decade and am an active organizer in Lehigh County, Allentown, and Bethlehem. Now is the time for me to step up fight for change within our county government. As Commissioner, I will prioritize expanding affordable housing resources and a putting a stop to evictions. I will work to hold our District Attorney and Jail accountable by fighting to end cash bail, solitary confinement, and reduce the number of people with mental illness in the jail.
To do that, I need your help! I have to work against powerful interests trying to maintain the status quo.
