Let's Support Power Packs SD 38 & SD 39

We're building a POWER PACK to flip SD 38 & SD 39.

A "power pack" is a political campaign organizing technique. A small group of current political candidates, in a close geographic area, joins to support each other. They work together to create efficient campaigns and to motivate the public to vote up-and-down the ballot.
