Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions are limited to $11,000 per person, per election ($5,500 for Primary 2024 and $5,500 for General 2024).
Contributions from small contributor committees are limited to $10,900 per election.
Contributions from foreign nationals not admitted for permanent residence (green card holders) are prohibited.
