THE PROGRAM
Join us for an event honoring Barbara Ehrenreich, a 1976 founding sponsor of In These Times and best-selling author of Nickel and Dimed, as well as Patrisse Cullors, Alicia Garza and Opal Tometi, the co-founders of Black Lives Matter and recipients of the 2018 In These Times Activism Award, and Carla Minet, Executive Director of Centro de Periodismo Investigativo and recipient of the 2018 In These Times Voice of Progressive Journalism Award.
Admission includes complimentary drinks, hors d'oeuvres and dessert. Featuring live Chicago jazz and boogie music by renowned pianist Erwin Helfer.
