Iwen For New York

In 2022, Iwen Chu made history when she was elected to the New York State Senate as the first Asian-American woman to hold that position. She is an immigrant, public school parent, community journalist, and a public servant and has seen the infinite challenges that working families face every day. In her first term, she is fighting hard for Southern Brooklyn and delivering results for our community such as greater public safety, maintaining a strong quality of life, and funding our public schools.
