Donate to Jack Trammell
Former Democratic Candidate for U.S. Congress and Mineral resident Jack Trammell secured the
nomination from the Democratic party as candidate for the special election for Virginia Senate District
10 early in the evening of December 2nd. The date of the special election is January 7th, the day before the General Assembly session begins.
Trammell, a teacher and educational leader, has been working hard visiting local committees, attending events, hiring staff, and fundraising in his bid to flip an important state senate seat.
Trammell decided to run because he insists that, “a two-party system only works if we have viable
candidates on both sides. That ensures everyone’s voice is heard before votes are cast.”
