My name is Jack Kelly and I am a lifelong Bostonian. I have decided to run for City Council at Large to help stop the substance abuse problem that plagues our city. I will fight to ensure that the City of Boston is a healthier and more safe place to live. To attain this goal, I will use technology and innovation to build a city that is prepared for the present as well as the future. Please help by donating to my cause.
