The Maine Senate seat, critical to taking back the US Senate, is within reach. But we need a massive input of support to get campaign operations up and running ASAP as the Maine Dems nominate a new candidate to replace Graham Platner.
Troy Jackson, logger, union organizer, 5th generation Mainer, and former Maine Senate leader, is our nominee. Jackson has been winning elections to the Maine state legislature since 2002 from deeply red Aroostook County. He’s a progressive with cross-the-aisle appeal; he’ll be able to attract Platner progressives as well as working Mainers.
Now we need to help him hit the ground running in an extremely short time frame.
