I am a 19 year old life long resident of Midvale and a recent Hillcrest High School graduate. I was determined to run after watching for years as school boards across the country work tirelessly to ban books that tell the stories of everyday people and not to ensure that every student has a hot meal and a ride home everyday. As a school board member I will put in the work to ensure that every student in the district can walk or bike to school safely, and fight tirelessly for an increase in teacher pay and the creation of a per classroom budget for class supplies.
