Gidi is the former Secretary and Coordinator of the Israeli delegation for negotiations with the PLO from 1999–2001. Gidi was also on the team that established Taglit-Birthright Israel, and he is the co-author of the ISRAEL 15 Vision, the plan for Israel's long-term economic development.


Gidi founded The Reut Group, a non-profit organization which creates and scales innovative models that tackle critical challenges facing the State of Israel, Israeli society and the Jewish world.
