Jake Johnson is a public school teacher, union rep, and father of four who grew up in Stewartville, Minnesota, in a working-class family that relied on community and public programs to get by.
After nearly two decades in the classroom, Jake is running to fight back against billionaires and their enablers. His opponent, Congressman Brad Finstad, joined the DOGE Caucus and is helping Trump and Elon Musk gut the very programs families like Jake’s depended on.
This race is on national watch lists and is one of the few real chances to flip a Republican seat. Tim Walz used to represent this district. With your help, Jake can flip it again.
