As a 22-year U.S. Coast Guard veteran, solutions-focused climate scientist, and nationally-certified incident commander who has helped hundreds of communities in Oregon recover from natural and environmental disasters, I've made a career bringing diverse voices together to solve tough challenges.
With a focus on innovation, inclusivity, and data-driven solutions to complex problems like our wildfire & insurance crisis, affordable housing, and the threats posed by climate change to our homes, farms and transport system, I am here to listen, lead and act — contribute to help me move Deschutes County forward.
