The first $3,300 an individual contributes will be designated for my Primary Campaign. Amounts over $3,300 will be designated for the general election, if I qualify (otherwise will be designated for my next federal election).

  5. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
