We’re Judicial Action Network - a new organization dedicated to stopping right wing billionaires like Elon Musk from buying our state courts.
Dozens of state Supreme Court seats are up for election in 2026, and we need your help to elect pro-democracy, pro-choice, and pro-worker champions.
Why we’re needed:
- To protect our democracy from the Trump White House agenda, we need state courts as a last line of defense against anti-democratic efforts and rollbacks of rights.
What’s at stake:
- Everything from reproductive rights to gay marriage, state Supreme Courts make incredibly important decisions.
What we will do:
- There is a void in the progressive political ecosystem. Central infrastructure steering resources to state supreme court elections is scant at best.
- With funding, Judicial Action Network would create and implement an effective voter outreach effort in key races that would utilize TV, digital, and direct mail.
Why we need you:
- These are all extremely lofty goals that can not be achieved without grassroots and community support.
