JARAMILLO FELLOWSHIP

The Jaramillo Fellowship program has always been based on very basic principles, it recogonizes that politics has long been accessible only to the rich and the well connected, that interships and fellowships are pathways to leadership in politics and that economic barriers keep working class leaders from entering politics. Our fellowship program breaks the economic barriers to access by focusing on hiring working class young people and paying above the minimum wage.


This fellowship opens doors by meeting young working class people where they are which is why we need YOU to step up and help fund future leaders by committing to a contribution by donating:


  1. $8.5 monthly contribution, funds one week of fellowship
  2. $20 one-time contribution, funds one hour of fellowship for a Jaramillo Fellow
  3. $400 one-time contribution, funds one month of fellowship
  4. $1000 yearly contribution, helps fund one semester of fellowship

Contribution rules

  1. I am at least eighteen years old.
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  4. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
