I am an engineer and lawyer but, in the community, I am known as the owner of K&B True Value, a hardware store in Annapolis. I had the honor to serve on Annapolis’s City Council representing Ward 5. I served from 2013-2017 and chaired the Environmental Matters Committee and was a member of the Housing and Human Welfare Committee. As Alderman, I was proud to lead the Council on key legislation to protect the environment, prevent overcrowding in our schools, and provided diverse communities with improved access to city services through the creation of the African American and Hispanic Liaison positions.
My strategy is to build a government that is focused on finding solutions.
