About Jay Higgins

Jay enlisted in the U.S. Air Force after high school. After an Honorable discharge, he graduated from both Framingham State and Harvard University. Jay has spent the last decade as the Outreach Manager and Senior Caseworker for Congresswoman Katherine Clark (MA-5), helping his community cut through government red tape to access their earned Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid benefits. Jay is running to bring that same hands-on, constituent-first approach to Beacon Hill. From affordable child care to a functioning MBTA, Jay will be a strong voice for families that need relief from the runaway cost of living spikes.
