Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes. An individual, union, political action committee, association, committee, partnership, business or corporation may contribute a maximum of $20,000 to John Bauters for County Supervisor 2024, per election. Lobbyists registered to lobby the Alameda County Board of Supervisors may not contribute.
