Sen. Cory Booker (NJ)

Senator Cory Booker has served as the senior United States senator from New Jersey since 2013 and is the first African-American U.S. senator from the Garden State. Before joining the Senate, Sen. Booker served as the Mayor of Newark, where he was recognized as a transformational leader who expanded affordable housing and improved city services. In the Senate, he has championed racial and gender justice, healthcare access, humane immigration reform, and environmental justice. Sen. Booker is a national leader on criminal justice reform, working to end mass incarceration and promote fairness in the legal system. A strong supporter of the U.S.-Israel relationship, he has consistently opposed the BDS movement and supports a two-state solution as the path to lasting peace. Sen. Booker is a committed ally of the Jewish community, a strong voice against antisemitism, and continues to speak out against the horrific October 7 terror attacks. He wore a hostage pin during his 25-hour speech on the Senate floor, mentioning Edan Alexander, the former Israeli-American hostage from New Jersey. JDCA endorsed Sen. Booker in 2020.

  5. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions or gifts to Cory Booker for Senate are not tax deductible. Individuals may contribute up to $3,500 to Cory Booker for Senate for the general election. Federal law prohibits contributions from corporations, labor organizations and national banks; from any person contributing another person’s funds; from foreign nationals who lack permanent resident status; and from federal government contractors. Booker for Senate does not accept contributions from Political Actions Committees (PACs) with the exception of Federally Registered Leadership PACs.
