Rep. Herb Conaway (NJ-03)

Rep. Herb Conaway was elected to Congress in 2024. A U.S. Air Force veteran with medical and law degrees, he previously represented the 7th legislative district in the New Jersey General Assembly from 1998 to 2025. He served in the Assembly as Majority Whip from 2014 to 2017, and was Deputy Speaker from 2002 to 2005 and 2022 to 2025. His priorities include improving the economy, protecting reproductive rights, and safeguarding our democracy. Rep. Conaway stands strongly against antisemitism and emphasizes the need to support Jewish Americans. Rep. Conaway serves on the House Small Business Committee and as a Vice Ranking Member of the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee. JDCA endorsed Rep. Conaway in 2024.
