Donna Miller was born and raised in Chicago and has served as the Cook County Commissioner since 2018. Prior, Miller worked for decades in the biotech pharmaceutical healthcare industry as a healthcare consultant and account specialist. Miller has spent her career serving the community and fighting to lower costs for working families, increase opportunity, and expand access to healthcare, particularly for women and communities of color. She is running for Congress to fight healthcare inequality, advocate for reproductive justice, and lower costs for families. In Congress, Miller will work to build a future we can all afford.
