
Before being elected to Congress in 2024, Representative Morrison served as an OB-GYN in Minnesota for over twenty years. She first ran for office in 2018 and was elected to the MN House for two terms before serving in the MN Senate from 2023 to 2024. In the state House and Senate, she has focused on affordable healthcare, taking on Big Pharma, and reproductive rights. Her priorities in Congress also include combating gun violence, strengthening mental health support in schools, and protecting Minnesota’s environment. Morrison supports the alliance between the U.S. and Israel and believes the U.S. should do everything it can to work toward a two-state solution. JDCA endorsed Rep. Morrison in 2024.
