Sen. Jon Ossoff (GA)

Senator Jon Ossoff has served as senior United States senator from Georgia since 2021 and is the youngest U.S. senator to date. His prior experience in investigative journalism provided him with firsthand insight into the struggles facing Georgia voters. Prior to running for office, Ossoff ran a media company dedicated to exposing corruption in foreign countries, and he has brought this passion to Washington to root out the corruption the Trump Administration has created. In the Senate, his priorities focus on affordable healthcare, protecting reproductive rights, mitigating the climate crisis, and executing investments in clean energy, energy efficiency, and environmental protection. Sen. Ossoff sits on the Senate Committee on Appropriations, the Committee on Rules and Administration, and the Select Committee on Intelligence. Sen. Ossoff is committed to fighting antisemitism. He has repeatedly stated that the U.S. commitment to Israel’s security is “ironclad” and has continued to support Israel since the horrific attacks on October 7. Sen. Ossoff is a friend of JDCA and we are proud to have endorsed him in 2020.
