Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (WA-03)

Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez is a small business owner who has served Washington’s 3rd Congressional District since 2023. As the owner of a local auto repair shop, Gluesenkamp Perez has had to grapple with the pressing issues of inflation and the high cost of living. Because of this, she is dedicated to clearing red tape for small businesses and raising wages for working Americans. Additionally, Rep. Gluesenkamp Perez is committed to making childcare affordable to remove barriers for people who would like to join the workforce but are unable to find or pay for childcare. In Congress, Rep. Gluesenkamp Perez fights for key Democratic priorities like reproductive freedom and reducing the cost of healthcare. She currently serves on the House Committee on Appropriations. JDCA endorsed Rep. Gluesenkamp Perez in 2022 and 2024.
