Congressman Pat Ryan is a decorated combat veteran, small business owner, and County Executive. He first represented New York’s 19th District from 2022 to 2023 in a special election, and has represented New York’s 18th District since 2023. He attended West Point and served two tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. Following his military service, Rep. Ryan founded a technology company that employed 150 people and focused on providing job training for veterans. In 2019, he was elected to be Ulster County Executive, where he provided financial relief to small businesses and residents, built supportive and affordable housing, and invested in mental health services. In Congress, Rep. Ryan focuses on leveling the playing field. He wants the wealthy to pay their fair share, provide relief to the middle class, raise wages, and protect organized labor. He is a strong ally of the Jewish community and is committed to ensuring Israel’s safety and security. JDCA endorsed Rep. Ryan in 2022 and 2024.

Contributions given through this form will be allocation as follows:
Up to the first $3,500 of contributions from a person other than a multicandidate committee and the first $5,000 of contributions from a multicandidate committee will be allocated to Pat Ryan for Congress for the 2026 primary election. Up to the next $3,500 of contributions from a person other than a multicandidate committee and the next $5,000 of contributions from a multicandidate committee will be allocated to Pat Ryan for Congress for the 2026 general election.
