Rep. Andrea Salinas (OR-06)

Before being elected to Congress in 2022, Rep. Andrea Salinas was an Oregon state representative and worked as an aide for Senator Harry Reid and other Democratic members of Congress. She also served as the legislative director for the Oregon Environmental Council and worked as a political consultant. Rep. Salinas is especially proud of her work in the state legislature, where she helped pass some of the nation’s most progressive reproductive health care policies, raised the minimum wage, lowered prescription drug prices, and fought to reduce carbon emissions – all of which she prioritizes in Congress. Rep. Salinas’ seat was created in 2022 when Oregon gained a seat in redistricting. Rep. Salinas shares our values, and we are proud to have endorsed her in 2022 and 2024.
