Two years after Hurricane Helene, roads and bridges are still being rebuilt and families are still waiting for help. Lynne Russo is running for the North Carolina House to be a persistent voice for District 117 in Raleigh. She is a small business owner of 23 years with practical plans to train more licensed tradespeople in our region, keep relief reaching families and farmers, and keep showing up until the work is done.
