Jen Fox is a lifelong Hastings resident and local business owner with a passion for community building and connecting residents in her district to resources and opportunities.
Every dollar counts! The public finance system, run by the State of Minnesota, allows individuals to donate $75 per person or $150 per couple to a political party of their choice and receive a full refund from the Minnesota Department of Revenue.
This is how the PCR works:

- Wait for your official EP-3 receipt with included application to arrive by mail.
- Send in your receipt and completed application to:

Contribution rules
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
