Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Jersey Freedom Coalition will be allocated as follows:
Contributions will be distributed as follows:
1) Money coming into the Jersey Freedom Coalition will first go towards Jersey Freedom Coalition expenses;
2) After the Jersey Freedom Coalition expenses are paid off, then the money will be distributed equally to the Candidate Committees;
3) After the Candidate Committees receive the maximum contribution amount permitted under the FECA, the remaining money will be contributed to the New Jersey Democratic State Committee (Federal Account);
4) If any money is remaining after the New Jersey Democratic State Committee receives the maximum amount of contributions permitted under the FECA, the remaining balance will be returned to the contributor.
Initial Contributions following Jersey Freedom Coalition expenses will be divided evenly:
1) Bonnie Watson Coleman for Congress 1/3 (33.33%)
2) Menendez for Congress 1/3 (33.33%)
3) LaMonica McIver for Congress 1/3 (33.33%)
If the Candidate Committees receive the maximum contribution amount permitted under the FECA, the remaining money will be contributed to the New Jersey Democratic State Committee (Federal Account).
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting allison@cfoconsults.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
