As a third generation educator, I believe in the power of high quality ecuation in our city. More importantly, I believe that equitable educational resources across the District can transform communities.
Over the last few months, I've had the opportunity to serve as an appointed Board member to the Atlanta Public School Board's At-Large Seat 9. What has struck me the most has been the consistency and importance of the community voice in support of our schools.
Las November, I won my campaign for the tlanta Public School Board At-Large Seat 9 because I believe that EVERY student in our schools deserves access to the resources to put them on track for college and/or careers after graduation!
