For too long, Texas' 28th district has been represented by an out-of-touch conservative incumbent who cares more about his own power than the interests of his constituents.


Now, it's time to hold him accountable. Our candidate is an immigration lawyer with a powerful record of fighting the injustices of Trump's deportation regime, is running for Congress in Texas' 28th district.


Together, we can put an end to the reign of Henry Cuellar -- with his A record from the NRA, pandering to corporate lobbyists from private prisons, and record of voting with Trump 70% of the time.

Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. I am not a federal contractor.
  5. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
You can make contributions of up to $5,000 per calendar year to Justice Democrats’ Contribution Account. Individual contributions will be allocated as follows: $5,000 per calendar year to a bank account that operates as a Federal PAC, and the remainder to the Non-Contribution Account of the PAC.
