Jessica McClay is dedicated to representing the PA-121st District. As the Chair of the Wilkes Barre City Council, Jessica has supported first responders, helped create more small businesses, and advocated to make the district more affordable. She is now running for State Representative to lower Pennsylvanian's Utility, Housing, and Health Care bills, fund our public schools, support our first responders and get them the resources they need, and bring more high paying jobs into the district.
