As Howard County's Teacher of the Year, she has fought for students and educators in the classroom and before the Board of Education. As Board Chair of Columbia Community Care, she has helped feed over 150,000 neighbors, witnessing both our community's strength and the gaps that leave families struggling.
Jessica's priorities are clear: great schools for every child, a stable and affordable quality of life for working families, and a community where trust and safety are built through support, not just enforcement.
