As a citizen, parent, and scientist, I am deeply concerned about ongoing attacks on our democracy, the scourge of misinformation and disinformation affecting health policies, the federal disinvestment in science and education, and our inability to adequately protect our planet. I feel called to act on my concerns and, accordingly, I am running for the North Kingstown Town Council as endorsed democrat. I will use my decades of scientific training and leadership to help protect the health and wellbeing of the North Kingstown community. I would sincerely appreciate your support!
