Michelle Naccarati-Chapkis is a climate champion on the Allegheny County Council and she's up for re-election! District 8, east of Pittsburgh, needs Michelle to keep fighting against fracking on private land, and for the wellbeing of Allegheny's Environmental Justice Areas*.
As County Councilor, she spearheaded the county's Climate Action Plan, updated air quality rules, and addressed climate infrastructure concerns.
