Jim Priest is a lawyer, ordained minister, and nonprofit leader who believes public service should be about people, not politics, and is running as a Democrat for U.S. Senate from Oklahoma. For more than 40 years, he has worked with working people, families, and organizations, beginning as an employment-law trial lawyer and later as an executive coach and mediator focused on fairness, accountability, and lasting solutions. Jim also served as CEO of two major Oklahoma City nonprofits, leading teams, managing large budgets, and providing workforce development and critical services to those in need. Known for his accessible, down-to-earth leadership style, he has always focused on listening first and putting people ahead of egos or politics.
