Jim Priest is a proven leader, problem solver, and advocate for working families. For more than four decades, he has helped people navigate complex workplace challenges as an employment-law trial lawyer, executive coach, and mediator. He understands how policy decisions affect real people because he has spent his career on the ground, resolving conflicts, strengthening organizations, and standing up for fairness.

Jim has also led two of Oklahoma City’s most impactful nonprofits as CEO, guiding organizations that serve families, workers, and people facing real hardship. In those roles, he managed large budgets, led diverse teams, and delivered results while staying accountable to the communities he served.

An ordained minister and longtime writer on ethics and family life, Jim brings a steady moral compass to public service. He believes government should work with integrity, protect workers, support families, and create opportunity for those willing to put in the work.
